Your customers will be able to command their account's deletion without action on your side. Effective deletion will be performed by Shopify after 10 days, or 180 days after the customer's last order date. During this period, he will have the opportunity to cancel his deletion request.

Anonymize customers’ data in mass

Anonymize in mass your customers based on their last order and tags. Schedule periodic anonymization following these two criteria and set a delay to cancel it in case of mistakes.
Use the anonymization by file import using the sample csv file and simply fill it with the email addresses of the customers you want to anonymize.

In the Execution history section, access a preview of all your anonymizations.
